This Privacy Policy explains how Gala Events (hereinafter — "we", "the Company") collects and processes personal data through the galaevents.az website. By using the site you agree to the terms set out here.

The Company operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data. Gala Events is part of the Gala Group.

2. What data we collect

Provided by you:

• First name, last name, email address, phone number
• Company name and position
• In an event enquiry: event type, planned date, guest count, budget range
• When leaving a review: your name, company, review text and an optional photo
• For talent pool applications: date of birth, city, work experience, education, skills, salary expectations and uploaded files

Collected automatically:

• IP address, browser and device information
• Pages you view on the site
• The source that brought you to the site

3. Why we process data

• To review your enquiry and get in touch with you
• To prepare an event proposal and enter into a contract
• To run the recruitment process
• To improve the website and compile statistics
• To meet obligations required by law

4. Event photography and video

We photograph and film the events we produce. These materials may be used on our website, social media accounts and in portfolio materials.

If you object to your image being published, write to info@galaevents.az and we will remove the material immediately.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following tools on the site:

• Google Analytics — website usage statistics
• Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel — measuring advertising campaign performance
• Essential cookies — language preference, theme preference, session management

• Event enquiries: duration of cooperation + 3 years
• Talent pool: 2 years, then deleted or extended with your consent
• Reviews: until withdrawn

8. Your rights

You may request at any time:

• Access to the data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Complete deletion of your data
• Withdrawal of the consent you gave for processing

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access: encrypted connection (SSL), restricted access rights, regular backups.
